I purchased a replacement lamp for my rear projection dlp and received it rather quickly. after installation my tv was still giving me lamp error lights. I took it in for a professional estimate and found out that it was a much larger, and expensive, problem than I desired. I returned the lamp in its original box and was refunded my purchase price (less 20% for restocking) within 3 days of sending it back. you don't see that from too many internet based companies. thanks for all your help.
