My Vivitec T.V. went blank on Wednesday, and my
warranty person told me it was probably my "lamp". He also told me it
was not covered by my warranty and it cost about 300.00 to 400.00
dollars. I went online and found "Deadlamp.com" and I found that there
were two lamps for my T.V. I E-mailed customer service for help and I
found some of the best help I have ever received. They didn't just
help me with the right lamp, they called the company to be sure it was the
right lamp. I will use "deadlamp" the next titme I have trouble with my
T.V., Also,the lamp was $150.00 less than the other places on the
internet.
