Thank you deadlamp.com I just received my lamp on
Monday after placing an order on Saturday. Unheard of response time.
Unfortunately the Postal Service crushed the package enroute and the
lamp was broken. The response by Deadlamp.com was a hearty laugh and an
immediate promise to ship another to arrive by the next day. No hassle,
no bad vibes, no negative anything. Just good people doing the right
thing for their customer. Thank you for everything and especially for
your sense of humor. It's nice to find people who do business the way
it was when people still cared about one another.
