We sell replacement lamps only, no housing included. Remove the lamp housing from your TV, remove the bad lamp from its housing and install the replacement lamp in the housing, re-install the housing in your TV.  **This normally requires no more than a screwdriver, careful handling of the lamp, and no more than 20 minutes.  This saves you money.  For more information on replacement, please refer to your TV owner's manual.
